Meet the Owners Behind 33 Carpentry & Construction

At the heart of 33 Carpentry & Construction is a husband-and-wife team driven by faith, family, and a sincere desire to serve others with excellence.

Ciara Zamora began her journey in property management in 2015, gaining more than a decade of experience working directly with rental properties, tenants, owners, and investors. As a licensed Texas Realtor (currently inactive), Ciara stepped away from building her own portfolio to stand beside her husband and help grow the vision of 33 Carpentry & Construction. Her background in property management gave her a clear understanding of the daily pressures property managers face, the expectations of owners, and the importance of respectful communication with tenants. During her time with Doors Management at WestMark Realtors, she built strong, lasting relationships that she continues to value today. Ciara recognized a need in the market for a maintenance team that truly understands the property management world. With a heart to serve and a desire to be a dependable resource for owners and investors, she helped establish the Property Maintenance Division of 33 Carpentry & Construction. Today, she leads that division alongside Christie Nunez, who assists with new client onboarding and coordination, ensuring each property and manager receives attentive, professional care.

Corey Zamora brings 10+ years of hands-on remodeling and construction experience. What began as helping with maintenance for Ciara’s managed properties quickly grew as word spread about his workmanship and reliability. Over time, Corey expanded the company into two focused divisions: a Residential and Commercial Projects Division and a Property Maintenance and Make-Ready Division. Corey has built strong working relationships throughout the Lubbock community, partnering with property management companies and investors who value quality work and honest communication. He oversees field operations with a commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail, whether the job is a small repair or a full renovation.

Outside of business, Corey and Ciara are parents to three children — two young boys and one teenage daughter. As a family, they cherish time together and are active in serving their local church. Their faith shapes how they approach both life and business, emphasizing integrity, humility, and a genuine care for people. They do not claim to have everything figured out, but they are committed to offering a professional, respectful service where everyone involved — from tenant to property manager to owner to investor— feels valued and heard. Their goal is to build lasting relationships while helping protect and improve the investments entrusted to them.
